Yes, and it is an important strategy for entering a new market. Without compromising core quality and brand standards, sweetness, aroma and flavor can be adapted to local tastes so consumers are more likely to try and come back.
It depends on your stage and strategy. Branded ingredients suit partners who want to enter the market quickly, value consistent quality and supply, and need a model they can replicate. Custom ingredients suit operators with a clear brand position who are willing to invest in development and testing to stand out.

Branded ingredients are produced for long-term, stable supply. Our partner factories hold ISO 22000 (verified by SGS), FSSC 22000 and HACCP certification, with standardized quality management and shipping processes. That lets distributors compete on quality and reliable supply instead of price alone.

It is more than a brand name. You get a market-proven product range, a supply chain built for the long term, and quality management carried by the brand owner. Centralized production and purchasing also give distributors more certainty on supply and pricing.

We look at three things: whether you understand and respect brand standards, whether you can build a market over the long term, and whether you want a stable, transparent relationship. We are looking for long-term partners, not one-off deals.

No. The program gives you brand usage rights, a product system and operational support. There is no franchise fee, and it is not a chain that copies stores. If you want head office to run store operations for you, a franchise may suit you better; our program is for partners who want to run their own market.

Operational efficiency first, with good looks too: bar workflow, serving speed, cleaning and maintenance are all part of the design.
We do not take on construction work, but we provide design advice, workflow and equipment layout planning, and point out common risks during construction.

Yes, but only as a paid price comparison / assessment service.
We can provide:
- Quotes from multiple suppliers with terms compared side by side
- Checks on specification consistency and price range
- A professional assessment of market reasonableness
Please note:
- This service does not include purchasing, contract management or any guarantee of results
- It is for decision support only and is not a free quote service
- An assessment fee applies
If you go on to a formal sourcing engagement, the assessment fee may be credited depending on the project.

On the side of the buyer’s best interest, with a deal that can be completed safely.
As the buyer’s agent, our job is to:
- Secure fair prices and workable terms for the buyer
- Coordinate suppliers to reduce quality, lead time and performance risk
- Make sure terms, documents and actual delivery match
We do not endorse any single supplier,
and pushing the price down is not our only goal.
We are on the buyer’s side,
the side of deals that get done and partnerships that last.
It depends on the contract and each party’s role. Before we start, we put risks, responsibilities and scope of service in writing to avoid disputes later.

Regions
Mainly Asia, the Americas and parts of Europe.
Whether we take a case depends on supply chain maturity, regulations and trade feasibility,
not just the country name.
We do not promise to cover the whole world,
only markets where we can deliver reliably.
Products
We handle products with a clear use and long-term supply, such as:
- Food ingredients / beverage supplies
- Standardized consumer or industrial goods
- OEM / ODM custom products (subject to assessment)
What we do not take on
- Illegal, grey-area or heavily regulated goods
- Unclear sources, uses or deal structures
- Short-term arbitrage or attempts to get around regulations

1. Initial assessment fee (required)
This is a professional assessment fee, not a deposit.
It covers:
- Supply chain feasibility
- Specification and market fit review
- Trade and performance risk assessment
Notes:
- Once the assessment is carried out it is considered complete and is non-refundable
- If we proceed to a formal engagement, part of the fee may be credited depending on the project
2. Sourcing execution fee (formal engagement)
One of the following, depending on the case:
Option A|Percentage of order value
For: clear specifications, standard processes and straightforward suppliers
(subject to a minimum fee)
Option B|Project fee
For: custom products, multi-country coordination, high uncertainty or high responsibility
(not tied directly to order value)
Option C|Monthly retainer
For: long-term, regular purchasing, or ongoing support across several items
(billed by the service scope agreed each month)
Before we start
We provide sourcing with controlled risk,
not a search for the lowest price.

Simply put, the goods, payments and contracts in a deal sit in different countries. For example, a Taiwan company takes the order, an overseas factory ships, and a buyer in a third country receives the goods. Every step must reflect a real transaction.

Yes, as long as the transactions, documents and payments are real. The issue is never the model itself, but whether it is declared honestly.

We can help plan and connect you with professionals, but we do not promise the lowest tax. We aim for arrangements that are reasonable, explainable and stand up to audit.
Further reading: Business Tax on Triangular Trade →
We do not take on cases where saving tax is the only goal, where trade records will not be kept, or where the aim is to operate in a grey area. Compliant arrangements protect everyone in the deal.
