Quick Answer
Tang Sugar’s fruit syrups take 3 steps: pour in hot tea → add syrup by sweetness level → fill with ice and shake. A 500ml cup uses 150ml of tea and 30g (light), 45g (half), 60g (regular) or 75g (extra) of syrup; a 700ml cup uses 200ml of tea and 40g (light), 65g (half), 80g (regular) or 100g (extra). These are recommended amounts; adjust for your tea base and flavor.

Preparation Steps (500ml Example)
- Pour in 150ml of hot tea: add freshly brewed hot tea to the shaker. Use 200ml for a 700ml cup.
- Add syrup by sweetness: tare on a digital scale and add syrup, for example 45g for half sweet. Weighing instead of eyeballing is the key to consistent drinks.
- Fill with ice and shake: fill with ice, cap, shake well and pour into the cup.

- Black tea: pairs with more aromatic flavors such as peach, lychee and rose.
- Add toppings: fruit teas go well with popping boba, crystal boba or nata de coco; see Bubble Tea Toppings Compared.
Sweetness and tartness feel different on different tea bases, so test at half sweet first and fine-tune for your customers.
